We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Therefore, be sure of your purchase before making a payment.

Faulty Products

 

Chelsea makes sure every product being shipped is of high quality. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive or a fault is found in the product, please contact Chelsea at designs@chelseaanastasia.com  and she will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. Either by arranging a new product if supplies are available or a new product similar to that of which you purchased. If none of the above is suitable, she will refund you the money you purchased the item for.

To send internationally please contact Chelsea before purchasing so that she can arrange postage according to your location in the world. Contact Chelsea at designs@chelseaanastasia.com.

Postage within New Zealand

 

All items are made to order, therefore allow 2 weeks for dispatch.  Postage within New Zealand is tracked. Approximately 2 - 7 business days. Chelsea wants you to enjoy your shopping experience with us, therefore, if a delay in your parcel occurs Chelsea will personally follow it up to try and get it to you. It is one of her priorities to make sure your parcel gets to you by the date you need it.

If you require a custom-made design, please contact Chelsea to organise this, and she will work alongside you to design and produce your custom Bridal Accessories or Baby/Toddler Blanket. Depending on the detail of the custom work required Chelsea will discuss with you are timeframe to have your products designed/made and delivered to you.
